RJH&A is a small group of independent contractors and service providers contracted  together on a per project basis for small and medium sized enterprises (SME's) that have interests in US and Japanese  enterprise globally. 

We provide  project design and management services that will support all phases of project development while actively searching for the most simplistic yet effective approach.

Tertiary projects are of interest to us,  such as teaming with larger enterprises as a support function or working with cultures other than American or Japanese, where we have the relevant experience.
